The island of Poros and the Peloponnesian coast create a sailing heaven, enjoying protection from all winds whilst offering plenty of bays and beaches. We particularly enjoy the secluded bays on the south-eastern part of the island which can only be accessed by sea. The water there is absolutely crystal clear and their remoteness offers opportunities for naturist swimming.

When the weather permits, we also enjoy sailing around the island, admiring the wild coastline, the sharp cliffs and the deep bays. The Northern side of Poros island provides a very different experience to the populated South, with stark landscapes, wild pine trees and rocky beaches.

Your skipper, Periklis, is an accredited Yachtmaster (Offshore) from the UK’s Royal Yachting Association. He has 29 years of sailing experience in the Caribbean, UK, South Africa, Spain and, of course, Greece. And our privately owned sailing boat (named Naziara) is an excellently maintained French-built Jouet 27, carrying a brand new Yanmar engine, a large refrigerator (stocked up with water, soft drinks and beer), snorkels and a full dining set.
